Pocket Money came into our rescue program on November 1, 2021. Pocket Money came into our rescue program from the Bristow Livestock Auction. We attended the monthly horse sale, for educational purposes, as we don't typically attend horse auctions. This auction is strictly by the pound, unless you are riding the horse in the ring. Of course, while we are there, we see horses that are thin, etc., and felt compelled to bring some back to our program. Pocket Money is a Beautiful, Black, Quarter Horse, Stud. Pocket Money is estimated to be 3 years of age. Pocket Money is super sweet and loves attention. Pocket Money was not halter broke upon arrival. Pocket Money is now halter broke and broke to lead and has been gelded. Pocket Money is a little thin and needs to gain a bit more weight before evaluating for adoption. Pocket Money will make someone an excellent horse with the right amount of time and training. We will update as he improves. Please consider making a donation towards Pocket Man's Rehabilitation.

Pocket Money was picked for our 11th Annual Blaze's Ride to the Rescue Trainer Challenge. He was chosen by Trainer Garrott Holmes. Garrott Holmes will be working with Pocket Money for the next 130 days, turning Pocket Money into a dependable riding companion. Pocket Money will be going against 10 Trainers in our Trainer's Challenge. We have a total of 11 trainers competing. Competition is set for May 14, 2022, at Blaze's Tribute Equine Rescue's Facility at 21701 East Britton Road, Harrah, Oklahoma. Blaze's Ride to the Rescue Trainer Challenge. Pocket Money will be available for adoption throughout the competition on May 14th, 2022, through an all-day silent auction. Pocket Money is a sweet boy and loves attention. Pocket Money has a current negative coggins, up to date on vaccinations, deworming, teeth floating and hoof maintenance. Pocket Money has also been freeze branded for his protection. If you are interested in adopting Pocket Money, please submit an adoption application and get your pre-approved status, in order to adopt Pocket Money or one of our other Rescued Horses competing on May 14th, 2022.

Pocket Money did a great job at this year's 11th Annual Blaze's Ride to the Rescue Trainers Challenge. We are thrilled to announce that Trainer Garrott Holmes came in 6th place with Team Pocket Money. Both did an amazing job and we couldn't be more proud of this wonderful team.

Pocket Money has been adopted to a wonderful family in Blanchard, Oklahoma. Pocket Money is going to be extremely well loved and spoiled rotten in his forever, loving home. We are thrilled that this special boy found the forever, loving family he deserves where he will be showered with love and attention.
